- *Structured daily routine*: Lectures, practicals, clinicals. This builds time management and responsibility.
- *Dress code & conduct*: Uniform, neat appearance, professional behavior in class and in hospitals. You graduate already looking and acting like a health worker.

- *Respect for human life*: We teach ethics, patient confidentiality, and empathy from day 1. 
- *No harassment policy*: Misbehavior towards female students, staff, or patients = serious misconduct. We protect a safe environment for everyone.
- *Service mindset*: As future CHEWs, Environmental Health Officers, Lab/Pharmacy Techs, you’re trained to serve communities, not just earn salary.

*3. Clinical & Community Discipline*
- *Professional behavior in PHCs/Hospitals*: No phones in clinical areas. Tattoos covered. Respect doctors, nurses, and patients.
- *Accountability*: Attendance is tracked. Absenteeism without permission has consequences. This prepares you for real hospital shifts.
- *Leadership by example*: Students’ Union runs by Lyngdoh Committee guidelines. No politics on campus, only academics.
