Here are the *General Terms and Conditions for Students* that apply to most students at *MOREN B COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
*1. Admission & Registration*
1. *Admission is provisional* until you meet all O'Level and medical requirements.
2. *Acceptance fee must be paid* within the given deadline to secure your spot.
3. *All forms* - admission, course registration, exam forms - must be submitted before the deadline. Late submission = penalty or not accepted.
4. Providing *false information/certificates* leads to immediate withdrawal.

*2. Academic Rules*
1. *Attendance*: Minimum 75% in lectures, practicals, and clinical postings. Less than that = not allowed to write exams.
2. *Examinations*: Malpractice, impersonation, or bringing phones to exam halls = suspension/expulsion.
3. *Continuous Assessment*: Tests, assignments, and practicals count toward your final grade.
4. *Carry-over*: Failed courses must be registered and cleared before graduation.

*3. Conduct & Discipline*
1. *No ragging, bullying, or assault* of fellow students or staff. This is treated as a criminal offence.
2. *No political activities, cultism, protests, or unauthorized meetings* on campus.
3. *No drugs, alcohol, or smoking* in school premises and clinical areas.
4. *Respect for staff and female students* is mandatory. Harassment/assault = serious misconduct.
5. *Dress code*: Neat and decent. Uniform must be worn to class and clinicals. No tattoos visible in clinical settings.

*4. School Property & Facilities*
1. *Damage to school property* must be paid for by the student(s) responsible.
2. *Mobile phones* are not allowed in classrooms and clinical areas. Use only in designated zones like common rooms.
3. *Vehicles*: Students with valid license + helmet can use 2-wheelers and must park in designated areas. 4-wheelers are usually not allowed on campus.

*5. Fees & Payments*
1. *School fees, departmental dues, clinical fees* must be paid before exams.
2. Fees are *non-refundable* once paid.
3. Keep all *payment receipts*. You’ll need them for clearance.

*6. Health & Clinical Posting*
1. *Medical fitness test* is required before admission and before clinical posting.
2. *Required immunizations*: Hepatitis B, MMR, Tetanus, Varicella may be requested.
3. *Criminal background check* may be required for some health programs.
4. Students must follow the *professional appearance and conduct policy* of the hospital/PHC during posting.

*7. Graduation & Clearance*
1. Must *complete all courses, clinical hours, and fees* before collection of certificate.
2. *Pass Certificate*: Apply at least 1 day before.  
   *Transfer Certificate*: Apply at least 2 days before.
3. The college reserves the right to *defer, suspend, or withdraw* any student for violating terms.
